Welcome to the official site for Scotland's latest musical find: urbnri. Fusing rock, rap and various urban beats and rythms, Urbnri are ripping apart the Scotish music scene with songs of guns, drugs, debauchery and life in the council estates of Glasgow.

Fresh from their Official UK Top 40 chart success with ‘Young, Free & Simple’ entering the charts at 34, Urbnri made another serious assault on the singles chart with their follow up track ‘Back Me Up’ which gave them their 2nd number 1 selling single in Scotland and went into the UK chart at 42 – despite higher sales than Young Free and Simple.

Kev, Eamonn, Liam, Wee Kev & Courty collectively – Urbnri, were blown away with the level of support and sales for their first 2 releases. With major support from press and radio including a now infamous double page spread in Zoo Magazine and a page all to themselves in FHM.

The next release from Urbnri will be a free download of “The Ri” ahead of the new single “Georgie Best” featuring Shaun Ryder.

With a huge catalogue of songs to choose from, the band are now putting the final touches to their debut album “”Never Go To A Party With The ‘Ri” which will be released in June. Tried and tested tracks that have been live favourites such as ‘Party with The ‘Ri’ and ‘Chaos Disorder’ sit alongside the singles and one or two new songs including ‘Dirty Things’ and ‘Live By The Knife’.

After receiving great reviews for their performances at Live at Loch Lomond, Urbnri are playing a selection of gigs including headlining at Glasgow’s Carling Academy, Edinburgh’s Picture House and a week of gigs in London.
